Lawrence Elementary School PTA Welcomes You!

You are invited to join us at our monthly PTA meetings every third Tuesday of the month.  Meeting times were changed this year to 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in response to member requests for an earlier meeting time.  We look forward to seeing you there and sharing light refreshments!

We value your input and therefore send email requests for agenda items prior to our meeting dates. Please reply if there is a topic you would like to present or discuss before the deadline.  

Our goal is to help Lawrence staff and families actively participate in making our children’s educational experience as positive as possible through commitment, innovation, and support. Our business approach simplifies traditional PTA functions through streamlined communication, teamwork and inclusion of local community members.  Please come partner with us, we absolutely welcome your membership! We also encourage all parents/guardians to become involved with:

*PTA and its numerous committees and volunteer opportunities
*BAC (Building Accountability Committee) and Principal Coffee
*First Friday

Are you interested in becoming more involved at Lawrence, but not sure how to get involved or what you might want to do to help? Do you want to become an advocate for children and families? Please let us hear from you. You have a voice and your involvement makes a difference! Your participation is not only helpful to the school and staff, but important to all children at Lawrence. We are here to help and welcome you.

The tab titled “3A/3B What Happens Next?” contains information on the changes facing Jeffco Public Schools for the upcoming 2017/18 school year. Many changes are underway along with questions and concerns based on the nature of the changes and the time frames. PTA has information to help answer common concerns and questions. If you do not find the information you are seeking, please feel free to reach out to your PTA Executive Board and we will help you make those necessary connections.
